Account Registration

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and similar communications laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of our services
• Use our platform to send unsolicited communications without proper consent
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software

Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as specified in your chosen plan. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

All content, features, and functionality of our platform — including software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks — are the exclusive property of Igniteups AI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms.
